TheDirector of Operationsrole is responsible for the overall operation and management of CCRx. This position requires extensive contact with executives, medical providers and healthcare partners. This individual will focus on process improvement, solution development, and supporting innovative technological advancements to expand patient adoption. Individuals with a background in operations, Lean Six Sigma/Operational excellence, project management and/or pharmacy would be great for this role. This position will be posted for a minimumof 8 days Responsibilities + Oversees entire CCRx operations including transition care management, enrollment, pharmacy fulfillment, relationships with our healthcare partners and other duties, as assigned + Ensures pharmacy operations dispense prescriptions in an efficient, timely manner + Provides leadership and support to achieve CCRx goals + Develops and implement solutions for improving care and service to patients and healthcare partners + Develops and foster relationships with internal and external health care partners with routine communication and updates + Compiles, analyze and present data from multiple platforms to leadership and partners + Compares performance data to contract and/or stated goals Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE• Preferred Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in business, management or human services related field from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience preferred.• 3-5+ years project management responsibility with successful large-scale projects.• Experience in long-term care pharmacy, healthcare or health insurance.• Background in operations, Lean Six Sigma/Operational excellence, project management and/or pharmacy preferred. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong organizational, detail, managerial and interpersonal skills.• Creative thinker and problem solver.• Ability to adapt with change.• Must be organized and able to develop a planning approach for program implementations.• Must exhibit a high degree of professional excellence characterized by sound independent judgement, initiative and high standard of ethics. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSPercentage of Travel: 25-75% • This position is based within the PharMerica-Indianapolis pharmacy and may require up to 33% travel. **To perform this position will require frequently sitting, standing and walking, and occasionally bending, reaching, and climbing (stairs/ladders).
