Director, Operations - Ground Transportation

MAJOR FUNCTION: 

The Director will manage the overall day to day operations of the Ground Transport department, including strategic planning, staffing, logistics, budgeting, and service expansion. The role involves the implementation of policies and procedures, compliance monitoring, and the development of initiatives to improve service delivery. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and patient safety.

Education & Experience: 

A master’s degree in a healthcare related field PLUS 7 years of healthcare management experience OR A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field PLUS 10 years of healthcare management experience OR A high school diploma and a minimum of 12 years of healthcare management experience
