At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.** **Job Purpose/Overview** The Director of Operations Initiatives leads and develops a high-performing team responsible for driving strategic projects and standardizing project management practices across the Lab Operations organization. This role focuses on aligning key operational initiatives with business goals, managing project governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
