As a Director OpEx here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across the organization. You will be accountable for developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
You will report directly to our Sr Director ISC Analytics and you will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. You will guide a team of professionals and work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop action plans, and drive implementation. By leveraging data analytics and performance metrics, you will monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nLead, promote and facilitate the adoption of lean six sigma principles, operating system processes and tools, embedding them into ISC cultureDevelop and play a hands-on role in the transformation plan, ensuring robust, sustainable lean six sigma processes, owning the execution (impact, timeline, and dependencies) and Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, People (SQDICP) process performanceCoaching, educating and developing lean six sigma skills, competencies and organizational effectivenessEngage, collaborate with, and influence across functions to ensure the lean six sigma strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders You will build strong relationships with the key functional leaders to align improvement initiatives with business strategy
YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nExperience in Digital Manufacturing tools and technology and change management\nA track record of operational improvement through lean six sigma principles and tools, value stream maps and technology implementation at a discrete manufacturing company\n10+ years manufacturing experience including process design, new product / process introduction, standard work definition and Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, People (SQDICP) improvement\nStrong facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization\nExcellent communication / presentation skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization\n\n
