We are looking for a Director, Order to Cash to reconstruct and optimize processes and elevate the team.  A successful candidate is a demonstrated leader in the Order-to-Cash space within a Shared Service environment.  Candidate has a proven track record of building high caliber teams.  They enjoy being challenged by balancing day-to-day operations, while also identifying innovative ways to drive meaningful change.

As the global process owner, in this role the candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless customer experience that is supported by efficient processes.  They will be responsible for developing metrics to identify trends, process improvements, and strategic opportunities. They will partner closely with TBC Brands, NTW and Franchise leadership on initiatives to improve working capital.  Candidate should have a track record of influencing cross-functions partners and leadership as well as driving initiatives to completion. Candidate will report directly to the Sr. Director of Finance Operations.

Job Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and govern global revenue and receivables accounting processes with the appropriate people, policies and controls that will drive business growth while maintaining compliance with accounting regulations. Lead monthly close and reporting processes for receivables and publish timely reporting & analysis to management & key stakeholders. Establish key metrics, optimize processes, and standardize ways of working to drive automation and efficiency, bringing the 60+ US & Mexico team members together to operate as one shared service team.  Centralize & standardize Order to Cash processes globally, ensuring proper internal controls. Implement effective and efficient collections strategies, processes, and workflows to accelerate incoming payments. Redefine our credit procedures, to minimize risk while ensuring creditworthy customers have the availability needed to drive sales growth. Drive working capital improvements, resulting in a reduction of days sales outstanding. Additional Job Responsibilities Form strategic partnerships, having a voice in new initiatives or changes that impact the Order to Cash process. Keep leadership & internal business partners informed of portfolio performance, risks, mitigation strategies and opportunities through timely & effective communication. Support the implementation of new enterprise wide and finance related systems. Lead, develop, and mentor the team using industry best practices and expertise to help them grow and achieve performance and productivity targets. Act as a culture driver, embracing change, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion, and nurturing an environment where diversity is celebrated. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and related field required. Master’s degree preferred 15+ years of progressive, demonstrated Order to Cash experience. 10+ years in a related progressive management role with end-to-end process accountability and a global scope. Experience developing global Order to Cash governance, policies, and processes, with a strong focus on internal controls.  Experience building out shared service capabilities, including KPI reporting. Experience leading large teams, developing talent, and holding team members accountable. Proven ability to implement continuous improvement practices including identifying root cause, creating action plan and implementing plan with full support of all parties/departments impacted. Ability to build trust cross functionally with all levels of the organization and effectively communicate/influence to drive strategy & vision. Strong analytical background to understand how to leverage data to influence business decisions. Strong grasp of systems and transactional detail as well as the ability to maintain a high-level contextual view will be paramount. Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and resolution skills. Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail.
