Acumatica is looking for a dynamic and visionary Director of Partner Success & Education to redefine the way we enable, train, and support our partners across the globe.
As the Director of Partner Success & Education, you will spearhead innovative, AI-enhanced strategies to train, educate, and certify our partners, enabling them to excel across the entire business value chain—from marketing to customer success.
This is a people-manager role reporting to the VP, Global Education, and is a critical part of Acumatica’s Global Sales & Partner Strategy organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Transformative Partner Enablement:
Develop and execute AI-powered enablement programs that scale globally, revolutionizing partner training and support.Equip partners to excel in key areas: customer segmentation, marketing, presales, sales efficiency, post-sale implementation, and long-term customer success.Design cutting-edge, scalable education programs, leveraging advanced modalities to create impactful learning experiences.Define KPIs that track how partner enablement directly impacts the key strategic metrics of the company.Driving Partner Success:
Build deep, trusted relationships with partners, aligning their success with Acumatica’s growth targets.Craft comprehensive enablement strategies tailored to specific product verticals and market demands.Empower partner executives, sales teams, and support staff to drive exponential business growth.Help drive strategic business transformation that enables partners to move their business model from consulting services to SaaS-based, recurring software sales.AI & Innovation Leadership:
Integrate artificial intelligence into enablement initiatives to enhance efficiency, personalization, and scalability.Create new ways to enable our partners, including scalable enablement assets, with different enablement modalities that personalize training and are tailored to specific personas.Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continuously refining partner enablement programs to remain ahead of the curve.Drive a culture of innovation, ensuring the partner education function evolves with the needs of the market.Collaborate across the Education team, leverage innovative training initiatives, help our team members grow into new skills and with exciting projects, and leverage existing assets.Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful training materials, playbooks, and certifications.Monitor the success of enablement programs through data analysis, leveraging insights to refine strategies.Regularly present progress and achievements to senior leadership and stakeholders.Create a data-driven approach to measure how we set up our partners for success.QualificationsExperience: 15+ years in sales enablement, channel management, education and training leadership roles, with a proven ability to scale programs globally.Leadership: A visionary mindset and a history of leading high-performing teams and fostering growth.Innovation: Expertise in AI and technology-driven enablement solutions.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to engage partners and influence internal teams.Strategy: A strong grasp of SaaS, ERP, and partner ecosystems, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Who You Are:

For this role, the salary range is $175,000-$200,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
