THE JOB

We’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional with national level brand marketing and sponsorship / partnership experience. You’re an expert internal marketer with a deep knowledge and understanding of brands and their marketing needs, experienced in developing and showcasing sponsorship programs to prove partnership value, helping drive partner renewals and upsells.

You’ll serve as a link and support across multiple internal teams, leading brand partnership storytelling efforts that translate key statistics and showcasing accomplishments into compelling presentations to F500 brands. You’ll inspire both internal and external key stakeholders on why partnering with Live Nation Media & Sponsorship is valuable, generating excitement and content to drive incremental growth across brand partners.

As a critical member of the client partnership team, you’ll help shape the overall partnership narrative, highlighting key milestones as well as helping sustain interest in future growth opportunities for longer term relationships. You’ll help keep partners engaged and focused with new and exciting marketing materials and serve as an in-house subject matter expert for product owners to ensure proposals and pitches are shaped to achieve specific brand objectives.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Leverage industry expertise, local market trends and deep knowledge of client’s needs to generate excitement for client around partnership performance and future growth

Develop and showcase recaps for clients/partners to merchandise with marketing leadership

Develop, write, and present partnership showcase materials in front of senior level marketing executives

Act as internal subject matter expert and internal marketer across product, account management, and sales functions.

Position Live Nation as a strategic resource throughout client’s marketing team – both internal staff and external resources.

Be on top of relevant market trends, client needs, expectations and opportunities as well as shifts in the competitive landscape; Monitors the competitive marketplace, including local and national sports and entertainment properties

Showcase data driven results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

BA/BS Degree required.

3-7 years in sales and brand marketing experience in the partnership space within a brand and/or Entertainment or Sports property or agency.

Strong writing & editing skills to bring brand storytelling to life and inspire a clear understanding of how our partnerships make a positive impact on brand goals and business initiatives.

Strong understanding of insights and analytics with the ability to identify the most relevant data points to strengthen strategic narratives.

Ability to thoughtfully present results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a collaborative attitude.

Exceptional ability to successfully manage and problem-solve in a group of stakeholders with different priorities.

Relentless focus and prioritization tied to team goals.

A demonstrated ability to develop and nurture both internal and external relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision process.

A disciplined work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, persistent with client follow-up, and strong desire to work in a team environment.

Travel may be required.

New York City Hiring Rate*: $140,000 - $150,000
