Loan Operations provides operational support to core lines of business by delivering end-to-end loan and trade operations services, including loan closing, servicing and compliance functions. Deposit Operations supports commercial and consumer banking through the delivery of wire and ACH processing, item (check) processing, debit card services, fraud monitoring, client onboarding functions, and exception processing. **What You'll Be Doing** The Director of Operations Management (Director) provides senior leadership and direction to a major US Operations division, which may encompass several large, complex, or more risk intensive operations departments. The Director will be responsible for the performance and results of this critical division and ensure that the bank’s strategic, transformational, and tactical objectives are being met. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on effectively running, protecting and transforming the bank to support the bank’s growth and complexity, to meet regulatory and risk demands, and to meet internal and external client expectations. This role has an expected salary range of $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 for the Chicago market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
