Build a performance-driven culture through consistent performance management, coaching, and counseling initiatives
Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
Provide expertise and support in the areas of talent planning, organizational development, performance management, employee relations
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven areas for improvement
Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in human resources
Participate in and lead special projects as a key member of the people leadership team
Review, interpret, administer, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies and procedures
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Expert at building relationships and understanding nuanced employee feedback
Thrives in ambiguity with the ability to understand, assess, and make strong recommendations
Comfortable in a fast paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly and smoothly
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and programs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals
Project management experience
Ability to Travel < 5%
Preferred Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
Knowledgeable of Google Suite or Microsoft Suite

The expected salary range for this role is $160,000.00-$202,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
