About the Role In collaboration with our Centers of Excellence, you will provide strategic HR consultation and expertise to Senior Leaders across the Merchant organization, with a focus on Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Strategic Planning. Reporting to the Senior Director of People Business Partners, you will lead a team of HRBPs and ERBPs. This role involves close partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing Sales, Merchant Strategy & Operations, and Sales Operations. You will develop and execute a People strategy that empowers the team to deliver on a dynamic product and service strategy, addressing the evolving needs of our Merchants—including expanding our U.S. restaurant offerings and entering new verticals. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
