As a Director, Physical Security here at Honeywell,\nyou will be responsible for developing and implementing Honeywell Global\nSecurity (HGS) strategies, policies, programs, and procedures, and driving\ntheir implementation and maintenance across the operation and workplace\nenvironments. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of security with\na particular focus on infrastructure and travel security, business continuity,\nand special projects.

You will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ Honeywell Hub\nlocation on a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote).

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the\nsecurity and safety of our employees, facilities, and assets. You will\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of\nsecurity standards and procedures, provide training and guidance on security\nmatters, and develop and manage security projects.

KEY\nRESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement HGS strategies across Honeywell\nfacilitiesMaintain constant communication and liaison with the\nHoneywell Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to ensure the safety of\nHoneywell employees and business travelersCoordinate with the Business Resiliency team to support\nstrategic program areas, such as training, exercises, and site resilienceProvide training, advice, and guidance on travel safety,\nsecurity, and loss prevention matters Oversee the development and implementation of project\nsecurity plansManage and lead the relationship between Honeywell Global\nSecurity (HGS) and the strategic business groups

YOU MUST HAVE:

10+ years of commercial risk management experience in a\nsenior role within an in-house security function or Cyber Security Management\nfunction5+ years of experience in a regional, corporate\nmanagement positionSignificant knowledge of security practices, specifically\nfocused on infrastructure and travel securityAbility to travel up to 15% of the\ntimeExperience in working across multiple security\ndisciplines with an understanding of international, cross-cultural business\npractices
