A member of the Senior Management team that is responsible for securing $80++ million USD in annual sales. + Value of contracts managed: $100m. + Provide guidance to the General Manager on contractual performance issues. + Support to Marketing and Sales in contract negotiations. + Become the primary customer point of contact for contracts in process – from order receipt to delivery, installation and post support period. + Disseminate accurate and detailed program information to the rest of the company to enable compliant product to be delivered within the cost and schedule estimates. + Provide ongoing product support to customers, including spares sales. + Provide program leadership through a well-trained and motivated staff; including early advice on potential program difficulties. + Recommendations to overcome complex program problems. + Input into overall company strategic direction and corporate governance. + Establish and manage department budget. + Takes every reasonable precaution to protect the health and safety of direct reports including the: + Establishment of safe work procedures. + Education of staff and the orientation of new workers. + Appointment of competent supervision. + Performance of frequent workplace inspections. + Immediate reporting of accidents and incidents and participation in their investigations. + Initiation of action required to correct substandard conditions. **Functional areas reporting to this position are:** Eight direct reports. **What You Bring:** + 5+ years leading a multi-program, multi-customer Program Management Office + Proven ability to manage large, complex programs in the aerospace and defense sector. + Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM), risk management, and schedule development. + Experience working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and subcontractors in high-stakes environments. + In-depth understanding of aerospace and defense industry standards (e.g., NADCAP, AS9100, ITAR, FAR/DFAR). + Experience integrating compliance and regulatory requirements into program execution. + Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams. + Ability to develop future leaders within the PMO. + Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills. + Experience managing relationships with government and commercial customers, ensuring satisfaction while meeting contractual obligations. + Proven ability to address customer concerns and align program delivery with customer expectations. + Familiarity with program management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). + Experience with supplier performance tracking and integration + High level of self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and build trust. + Ability to navigate complex dynamics within cross-functional and multicultural teams. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey program updates, risks, and successes to both internal teams and external stakeholders. + Capable of adapting communication style to suit technical, executive, and customer audiences. + Analytical mindset with a focus on finding creative and effective solutions to program challenges. + Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly. + Natural collaborator who fosters a culture of inclusion and teamwork across all levels of the organization. + Strong ability to mediate conflicts and align diverse perspectives toward common goals. + Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and expectations. + Skilled in building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders. + Ensure all programs are executed with the customer’s objectives in mind, maintaining a high standard of delivery and quality. + Act as the primary point of escalation for customer concerns, demonstrating responsiveness and accountability. + Build and maintain positive rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including government representatives, contractors, and senior leadership. + Proactively communicate program status and key developments to customers, ensuring transparency and alignment. + Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers, driving repeat business and strengthening the organization’s reputation. + Skilled at negotiating and managing customer expectations while balancing internal program constraints. + Represents the organization with integrity and professionalism during customer interactions, meetings, and reviews. + Strong focus on collaboration and mutual respect, ensuring customer satisfaction without compromising company interests. **Educational Requirement:** + BComm, MBA, BSc (engineering) or equivalent experience **Who We Are** Our Values (https://www.curtisswright.com/company/sustainability/core-values/default.aspx) Environmental, Social and Governance Curtiss-Wright's Indal Technologies specializes in helicopter securing and traversing systems, marine hangar doors, sonar handling systems, towed line array handling systems, sonar domes, towed bodies and fairings, and aviation support systems including horizon reference, pilot cues, and helicopter tie-down fittings for the world's navies. \#LI-YA _No unsolicited agency submittals please.
