This role will lead a team of managers responsible for the property management of all Walmart formats in a designated territory. It requires collaboration with peers to implement uniform training and processes for the entire property management. The director will partner with key internal and external stakeholders including operations, public affairs, project management, engineering, facilities services, landlords, jurisdictions, and third parties to make existing processes more efficient.
The associate will also establish standards and KPIs to set achievable goals of improvement for response and resolution times. They will also promote associate development, training, and critical thinking skills by working closely with their team on property management issues.
The successful candidate will:

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
