The Goizueta Business School is in search of a Director, Pre-BBA Advising/Enrollment to join their team.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plans, implements, monitors and directs recruitment and matriculation activities for the BBA Program within Goizueta Business School. Implements and oversees online matriculation processes for students entering the BBA Programs. Advises prospective students in both individual and group formats regarding matriculation and academic course selection. Advises and coaches current students to help them determine and reach their academic and professional goals. Plans and executes informational sessions throughout Emory and Oxford College campuses to enhance awareness of Goizueta, the undergraduate curriculum, and matriculation processes. Manages the Goizueta @Oxford program and supervises the advisor on-site at Oxford. Serves as the primary contact for all BBA matriculation-related inquiries and recruitment, both internally and externally. Coordinates the prospective freshman visit program, including information sessions and tours for prospective students and their families. Compiles and analyzes admissions data to track trends and determine future targets. Serves on university-wide committees as a representative of Goizueta, including committees related to the Emory Unified Experience and the ITSC subcommittee. Plans and develops recruitment communications, materials, and events to educate and inform targeted audiences. Trains all Emory College Orientation Leaders and Office of Undergraduate Education advisors to work with students interested in the BBA Office. Collaborates with constituents across campus, including ECAS Admissions, OUE, and Residence Life. Supervises student workers. Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A master's degree in business administration, higher education, counseling, or related field and four years of experience in student affairs, admissions or a related field at an institution of higher education. Must have held a position involving direct student contact. Extremely strong interpersonal and communications skills. Preferences include experience working with undergraduate students at a highly selective private institution with exposure to admissions and academic advising.

NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location.  Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
