In this role, you’ll lead the development and implementation of an innovative pricing strategy within the Title, Appraisal and Settlement Services space. You’ll create a competitive advantage and enhance market presence. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the strategy balances consistency, profitability and value proposition. By fostering industry-leading pricing frameworks and driving alignment with business goals, you’ll elevate the organization’s standing in the marketplace. **About the Role** + Communicate and embody the culture, vision, and overall direction within their teams + Develop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy that delivers competitive differentiation while ensuring consistency across markets and services + Ensure value propositions appeal to both relevant markets, emphasizing transparency, efficiency, and client-centric solutions + Introduce scalable pricing models that balance customization and operational consistency + Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive benchmarks to design pricing models that drive growth and profitability + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing initiatives with business goals, customer needs, and market dynamics + Act as a key advisor for stakeholders, providing insights on pricing innovation and value proposition enhancement + Provide detailed reporting and insights to leadership, outlining opportunities for enhancement and growth + Stay informed on industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor moves to adjust strategies proactively **About You** + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or a related field, or equivalent experience + 7+ years of experience in capital markets, title/settlement/valuation services, pricing strategy, financial services, or related fields + 5+ years of mortgage experience + 5+ years of experience in leadership and administration + Proven expertise in developing pricing models that balance strategic differentiation and operational consistency + Knowledge of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations in the real estate and lending industries. **What You’ll Get** Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
