The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Area Technology Lead (Director, Full Stack Engineering) to join Fidelity Institutional Product and Business Enablement Technology (FIPBET) team.
In this role you will work across multiple squads, providing technical leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the success of our Web Applications. You will act as a key liaison between architects and development teams, collaborate closely with the Product Owner to define the strategic application roadmap, in partnership with the Development Manager to shape the technology roadmap.
The Expertise and Skills You have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related subject area.5+ years of proven experience as a Technology Lead, Technical Manager, or similar role in web application development.Proven experience in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.Strong experience in .NET, Java, Angular and Cloud Technologies.Strong knowledge of modern web development technologies, frameworks, and best practices.Strong knowledge in Architecture and Design Patterns.Experience with Continuous integration and automated deployment tools and methodologies.Experience with Analytics.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Experience with cloud platforms and services.Proven experience to collaborate with leadership team to define strategic technology roadmaps and successfully modernize legacy applications, driving innovation and operational efficiency.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with investment management space is desirable.Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.The value You Deliver:
