Primary ResponsibilitiesAs the Operations Product Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future vision and technology roadmap for Warehouse Operations and Transportation. You will lead the execution and delivery of key technology and process solutions, including new WMS and OMS, to optimize warehouse and transportation operations. By partnering closely with the Supply Chain Management team, Engineering, and key business stakeholders, you will ensure that new supply chain products and initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and generate measurable value. Essential FunctionsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong Partnership with the Operations/Supply Chain organization
Build a strong partnership with the Supply Chain/Distribution business organization to drive innovation.Provide strategic thought leadership across all operations applications, including replenishment, transportation and warehouse operation.Lead teams of technical innovators to deliver measurable business outcomes using a product-centric delivery model.Act as a trusted advisor on technologies and processes related to the operation organization.Deliver compelling presentations that inspire and lead collaborative product working sessions.Engage with key stakeholders, including VPs, directors, subject matter experts, and functional leaders, to identify and prioritize product functionality and capabilities.Represent the technology organization in operations prioritization forums.Lead with empathy and curiosity, continuously building understanding of operations functionsListen and seek to understand, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment Operate independently and react quicklyBe proactive, persistent, and flexible, to become reliable partner to a growing business unit
Product-Centric Delivery
Deliver frequent releases of new capabilities that meet or exceed stated business outcomes.Serve as the owner of Operation Products, overseeing vision, execution, and ultimate product success.Champion agile methodologies, coaching teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.Leverage a deep understanding of KeHE’s digital product development process—including the technology stack, information architecture, and resource constraints—to drive innovation.Operate with a lean mindset, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions with the shortest sustainable lead time.Commit to delivering measurable business value through strategic execution and innovative thinking.
Leadership & Operational Excellence
Build, retain, and develop a high-performing technology team, including coaching product owners and technology leaders.Manage operating expenses and capital expenditures for all product teams within the Commercial Product area.Support business adoption, including participation in business and sales events.Develop and present ROI-driven analysis to justify system and functional improvements.Apply clear, concise written communication to craft mission statements, epic objectives, release criteria, sprint goals, and product features.Continue to build and strengthen KeHE’s IT brand to attract top technology talent.Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital products and services.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban, with a track record of delivering complex supply chain solutions.Experience working with supply chain technologies such as WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, or analytics platforms.Prior experience developing, owning, and driving product roadmapsStrong understanding of cloud-based architecture (AWS preferred).Extensive experience interacting with and influencing C-level, SVP, VP, and director-level stakeholders.Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills and strong storytelling abilities to articulate complex ideas clearly.Critical thinking skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to develop innovative, future-looking strategies.Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across business and technology teams. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudeEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required; master’s or advanced degree preferred.Experience with Lean processes and Six Sigma methodologies is requiredMinimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of direct engagement with senior business leaders (CxO and VP level) .7+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or related roles in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Strong business experience or background is required.3+ years in a product-centric delivery modelDigital Technology Delivery: Experience with the development and deployment of digital technologies (e.g., web/mobile ordering, payments, etc.).
