The Mastercard Authentication Program owns how consumer authentication works for both in-store and e-commerce transactional use cases. The primary purpose of this role is to commercialize, manage and deliver best-in-class authentication products for e-commerce transactional use cases that will drive uptake and penetration for the products and revenue for Mastercard. The authentication products that fall within this role’s responsibilities are ID Check, Token Authentication Service and Token Authentication Framework.

Role
The ideal candidate will establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and actively support the acceleration of Authentication solutions in the Latin America and Caribbean region.

You will identify new authentication opportunities, assesses the company's product performance, and helps develop its long-term strategic plans for future e-commerce authentication product lines. You will identify unique selling propositions (USP), develop product solutions working with Global, Regional and Market stakeholders, prioritize features and functionality needed for the markets, and create a go-to-market plan for LAC.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

•\tMarket Research / Knowledge Center: Proactively search for knowledge, data, and information by interacting with clients and other Mastercard areas (primary and secondary research) to identify market size, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Your insights will directly inform our product development and marketing strategies for authentication products that will impact all stakeholders.

•\tProduct Definition: Finalize the Product to launch with the Legal, Privacy, Franchise and Pricing teams will ensure that we have a viable product that meets market needs and regulatory requirements.

•\tProduct Feature Planning: Defining the plan of attack for the delivery of our Issuer-facing products is essential. Working with the Product Management to define and prioritize the features that must be delivered first into market and the timelines of delivery.

•\tSales Enablement and Market Activation: Team up with Commercialization and Regional teams to develop and validate go-to-market materials. Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that make us stand out in the market.

•\tCustomer Engagement: Work with Account Managers and Regional teams to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and industry stakeholders. Continuous feedback is your secret weapon for refining our strategies.

•\tData Analysis and Reporting: Dive deep into Issuer and merchant customer feedback and market data to spot trends and patterns. Prepare detailed Issuer and merchant customer reports to guide strategic decisions.

•\tProduct and Customer Optimization: lead meetings with acquirers, issuers and merchants to optimize product performance and enable greater benefits for customers and the ecosystem.

•\tProduct Management Excellence (Studio): Partner with Regional team to manage the process to deliver ongoing innovation and enhancements.


All About You:
•\tStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate numbers into insights and tell a story behind them.
•\tProduct management experience
•\tDomain experience in authentication in the digital environment is strongly preferred.
•\tComfortable leveraging data to monitor performance and identify opportunities, create plans to drive usage and revenues, and prioritize resources to deliver against the plan.
•\tSuperior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•\tOpen and creative mindset; comfortable with uncertainty.
•\tAbility to work effectively under pressure.
•\tAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•\tDemonstrated intellectual curiosity, commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and problem-solving/consultative mindset.
•\tSpanish and English proficiency required (Portuguese as differential)
