The pay range is $144,400.00 - $259,900.00

Product Teams at Target Corporation are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. Product Teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product, technology and design work.

Within Marketing Product, our goal is to establish and maintain a connected tech ecosystem that provides a clear, real-time overview of plans, budgets, content creation, and performance metrics.  The Creator Affiliate Product Team will focus on developing and implementing a holistic platform and product strategy for Target’s creator affiliate partnerships. 

As Director of Product, the following are your key responsibilities:

Strategic Product Leadership: Define and own the product and platform vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Creator Affiliate platform, ensuring alignment with broader program and marketing goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, engineering, design, and guest journey teams to gather insights, align priorities, and deliver a best-in-class creator platform experience

Partnership Management: Build and manage vendor relationships across the broader creator affiliate technology and platform landscape.

Team Development & Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.

Change Management: Develop strategic communication and training plans to facilitate the rollout of new tools, features, and processes, addressing potential challenges and fostering cross-functional alignment. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to anticipate resistance, provide support, and monitor adoption metrics, ensuring that all teams adapt effectively and maximize product impact.

About you:

Four-year degree or equivalent experience

10+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience in Media

Proven track record of strategic partnership management skills, and a deep understanding of market trends in social commerce, affiliates, and creators.

Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams

Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence both at a strategic leadership level and cross functionally

Strategic mindset and bias for action with strong ability for strategic planning, defining OKRs and driving business outcomes

Ability to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
