We’re looking for an amazing Director, Product Management Europe and Exotic to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll be responsible for the comprehensive pricing architecture for a Trade, responsible for approximately $750M in annual revenue. You’ll partner with other Revenue Management Directors for strategic pricing consistency, develop advanced pricing tools, and analyze market trends and competitor pricing to achieve or exceed sales goals. You’ll direct and manage a team of pricing professionals (both Managers and Analysts) working on a diverse scope of pricing-and-promotion strategies to optimize total portfolio performance. The core areas of management responsibility are pricing, inventory, and promotions. You’ll work with VPs on a quarterly basis to update the annual budget.

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of broadly applied pricing initiatives such as launch and category pricing, passenger occupancy, and promo strategy. Lead Managers and Analysts alongside VP to ensure consistency in strategy implementation across the PCL portfolio, both shipboard and shoreside to enhance revenue management effectiveness. The Director will provide critical support to drive a cumulative increase in Net Ticket Revenuethrough conceptual thinking and in-depth knowledge of department objectives.
+ Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics tools for revenue optimization and translate data-driven insights into actionable revenue management strategies. Partner with Revenue Operations and IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. Lead the development of pricing models and tools to improve the decision-making process for RM analysts and provide strong leadership of direct reports to ensure continued professional growth and development.
+ Partners with the VP to determine and set annual budget. Complete budgeting / forecasting of revenues for the Annual Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Interim revenue reviews.
+ In partnership with senior management across Product, Marketing and Sales teams, align pricing strategies with customer expectations and sales objectives. Translate and optimize strategies into business plans to deliver overall revenue performance. Continuously reviews market and competitor pricing benchmarks.
+ Responsible for all internal and external compliance requirements related to sensitive and confidential revenue-related information; internal financial standards / requirements; and all appropriate industry standards. Ensure department adheres to revenue compliance objectives and programs to oversee revenue compliance on all methods of passenger revenue sales and regularly evaluate the extent of required revenue compliance opportunities to better achieve objectives, etc.
+ Review market trends and competitor pricing benchmarks across key markets and provide strategic recommendations to adjust holistic and market-specific pricing strategy.
+ Partner with ancillary pricing and OBR teams to have a holistic understanding of customer behaviors and product pricing.
+ Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize current CRM systems, processes, and analytics.
+ Work closely with guest experience and brand experience teams across all consumer touchpoints ensuring alignment.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree required, preferable in business/management. Master’s / MBA preferred. Relevant experience may be an adequate substitute.
+ 10+ years’ experience in a field related to sales, marketing, and RM preferred with career progression into senior management position.
+ Keen ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, continuing to deliver quality service and consistently meet deadlines.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations to executive leaders and a board of directors.
+ Management consulting experience a plus.
+ Comprehensive understanding of demand evaluation and effective pricing with the ability to evaluate and execute a results-driven action plan.
+ Strong ability to present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well-organized way to stakeholders and executive management.
+ Must have a highly analytical mind to understand and integrate complex functions and interpret multi-dimensional data.
+ Proven ability to build a strong team of direct reports and to actively develop the team’s potential through coaching and effective performance management.
+ Robust experience presenting to and working with senior executives, C-suite members, and Board(s) of Directors.
**Please note that this position is considered In Office and will be required to follow the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday).**

+ Base Salary Range: $132,200.00 to $178,600.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
