Your mission? To develop and execute near and future term strategies that differentiate our Customer Value Proposition, boost customer loyalty, and drive significant growth in business card usage.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Visionary: Deeply understand customer needs, product analytics, and industry innovation to drive the product vision and strategy, maximizing business and customer impact. Develop and execute a comprehensive loyalty strategy for new and existing programs, aligning with broader business objectives.
• Customer Champion: Help evolve our customer engagement model, communication strategy, prioritization, and planning/road-mapping practices. Drive customer engagement initiatives to grow our Easy Savings program, delivering exceptional value to our issuer and merchant partners.
• Data-Driven Insights: Foster a metrics-driven environment that encourages quality experimentation and sets high standards for measuring product success. Leverage data analytics to uncover valuable insights, informing strategic decisions and showcasing the impact of our loyalty programs.
• Product Innovation: Collaborate with and inspire Engineering, Data, UX, and other teams to create compelling products and service value propositions. Lead product adoption through compelling marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools, driving growth in both B2B and B2B2C landscapes.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of loyalty programs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless results.
• Global Partnerships: Foster strategic partnerships with global merchants, aggregators, and digital service providers to expand our loyalty ecosystem.
• User Experience: Oversee the global user experience for SME loyalty programs across 178 markets, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey.
• Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry advancements, influence their direction, and conduct comprehensive buy vs. build analysis to align with state-of-the-art solutions, encouraging ROI-based decisions. Position yourself as a subject matter expert in loyalty programs, providing valuable insights and competitive analysis.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• A strategic mindset with a proven track record of delivering results in a complex global environment.
• Deep expertise in loyalty programs and platforms, product management lifecycle, and defining digital user experiences.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. You can turn ambiguous problems and big ideas into an actionable roadmap of features, experiments, research — all with minimal guidance.
• Deep understanding of how your products work together — and what levers equate to short v. long-term success. You can quickly understand and translate results and how they ladder up to the larger goal set.
• A keen eye for operational excellence, with a knack for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact.
• Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Purchase, New York: $170,000 - $273,000 USD
Miami, Florida: $148,000 - $237,000 USD
