What does a successful Director, Product Marketing, Clover do at Fiserv

Join our innovative Clover team as the Director of Product Marketing, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the vision and execution of Clover’s product strategy. In this leadership role, you will ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs, driving growth through creativity and results.
You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality activations that enhance market presence and drive awareness. Leveraging insights, data, and market trends, you will identify opportunities, develop compelling value propositions, and oversee the successful development, launch, and promotion of our financial products and services.
Your ability to lead, inspire, and innovate will be essential as you collaborate closely with teams to create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that align with the organization’s goals, ultimately elevating the Clover brand and offerings.

What you will do:

Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Clover's portfolio of productsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needsCollaborate with product and sales teams to develop and launch innovative product featuresGather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business goalsAnalyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future product decisions and improvements

What you will need to have:

9+ years of channel marketing strategies, with experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing methods7+ years Business to consumer (B2C) experience and business to business (B2B) experience5+ years’ experience managing a team of direct reports.Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

Master’s degree.​5+ years of experience within the financial services or Fintech industry

Salary Range

$114,100.00 - $192,200.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
