**Overview**
We’re Heartbeat, the marketing agency for Healthcare Challenger Brands and the brave clients behind them. And hopefully you’re our next Director of Production. The Director is an account team’s production lead! Ultimately responsible for the delivery of high-quality deliverables that power client satisfaction, meet business requirements, and balance client and agency economics. The Director leads a multi-skill (ie online and offline) team of project managers. This person owns project definition, scope monitoring, budgeting & timing at the account level. Career-manages a team of direct reports.
*This role is a unique one as it is not a traditional Director, Production opportunity. You will be part of the team focusing on clinical trials – not traditional pharmaceutical advertising.
We are looking for a “unicorn” of sorts as this person should be experienced in creating & implementing processes and strategic growth.

**What you’re bringing with you:**

Responsible for overseeing multiple large accounts and teams, they are called upon to:
•Exercise their know how and experience to skillfully lead the team to deliver successful work
•Anticipate issues, embrace ambiguity and be relentless in the pursuit of the right solution
•Build and manage high-performing teams: maximize the full potential of team members, facilitate courageous conversations, hold team members accountable, and create a positive team dynamic that celebrates individual and team progress and achievements, large and small
•Oversee the implementation of and adherence to best practices
•Adeptly handle the business operations aspects of the work: Are we being thoughtful in our scoping and planning? Are people engaged and clear on expectations? Do we have the right talent and skill sets?
**How you’ll grow with us:**

**Qualifications you bring:**
+ Experience leading a PM team
+ Knowledge of and experience with implementing processes
+ Comfortable with high volume work
+ Client facing experience
+ Entrepreneurial spirit – an ability to solve problems and make order out of chaos
+ Clinical trials experience a bonus
+ Experience working in a start-up environment
+ Passion about taking control and leading a team
+ Professional presentation and client facing skills
+ Dynamic negotiation and conflict management skills
+ Advanced in Microsoft Office including Excel and Microsoft Project

**Education and Experience**
+ Bachelors degree required
+ Demonstrates progression in level of responsibility within a professional project management environment
+ Healthcare experience strongly preferred
+ Outstanding planning, coordination, management, and communication skills are required

Compensation Range: $119,510- $188,025 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
