Estimated annual base pay:  $196,000 (minimum) - $245,000 (midpoint) - $294,000 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark?  If you’re a Program Management leader, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

What you will be doing… 

Accountable for resource planning, budgeting, monitoring and control for the Program Management department, as applicable, and for large, complex programs

Provides input for new business planning by providing long-, mid-, and short-term project forecasting support including all major program revenue and cost projections

Defines and implements the infrastructure to monitor performance through reporting and timely reviews with stakeholders

Creates and effectively communicates a vision and strategy for an assigned team in alignment with the business group goals

Accountable for defining and achieving all aspects of the program(s) launch and sustainability including, but not limited to: Value stream development. Achievement of P&L targets. On-time delivery of fully validated solutions to customer commitments. Early supplier involvement and supply chain readiness (internal and external). Full-process capability

Manages customer and program associated risks including prioritization, escalation and resolution of the identified risks

Establishes strong, cross-functional and cross-business relationships that encourage horizontal thinking and collaboration

Ensures program profitability through cost and pricing management while attaining overall program objectives

Identifies, incorporates and supports project management best practices in company-wide processes

Assures full and appropriate utilization of the Product Life Cycle process

Establishes a continuous improvement culture utilizing Six Sigma/Lean methodologies to improve tools, systems and business processes

Staffs, trains, coaches and develops a direct (typically program managers or other professionals) and indirect team utilizing lean leadership principles

What We Are Looking For…

US – bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) Program management or technical field preferred

Formal Six Sigma/Lean training

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required or agreed plan to achieve PMP certification

10+ years of increasing level of responsibility within industry-related product line management, project management, program management, engineering and/or sales roles. Broad exposure to all functions within the business required

Exceptional project and program management skills

Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to manage for profitability

Strong leadership skills including the ability to engage and motivate teams representing multiple viewpoints to achieve business objectives

Ability to apply breakthrough thinking, creativity and innovation to solve complex problems

Strong change management skill; ability to formulate change management strategies and lead others to rapidly adapt to changing conditions or unexpected obstacles

Ability to respectfully represent a strong position without damaging long-term relationships

Outstanding written and interpersonal communication including the presentation of complex programs to various customer and stakeholder groups at all levels

Ability to make timely decisions in the absence of complete information and under tight deadlines and pressure

Ability to look ahead and anticipate future opportunities and challenges

Proven ability to influence across multiple business functions and organization levels

Ability to balance complex priorities and competing stakeholder needs with composure

Strong customer focus and commercial intuition

Develop and implement program measurements and metrics including, but not limited to, earned

Demonstrated ability to apply Six Sigma/Lean tools

Ability to quickly understand and navigate the organizational structure

Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, as required
