Job Title: Director, Program Management Job Code: 19481 Job Location: Nashville, TN Schedule: 9/80 Clearance: Requires a Secret with the Ability to Obtain a Top Secret Job Description: In this role, you’ll drive cutting-edge strategies, deploy state-of-the-art technologies, and spearhead operations that make an impact on global security. This leadership role is crucial for setting the strategic direction and managing the growth and P&L performance of the for Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) and C-UxS business across the L3Harris Enterprise. The Director will lead the development and execution of a market entry strategy, including sales, distribution channels, partnerships, and alliances, to position the company as a leader in the C-UxS market. The role involves influencing senior leadership on new concepts and practices, recommending and implementing strategies, and developing operational plans to achieve short to long-term business goals. Additionally, the Director will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders. Advanced management and leadership skills, broad business knowledge, strong financial acumen and extensive experience across related disciplines are required. Essential Functions: + Design and execute a bold, forward-thinking C-UAS strategy that keeps us ahead of emerging threats. + Be the go-to expert on UAS and C-UAS trends, sharing insights with leadership and external partners. + Build partnerships with industry leaders, government agencies, and key stakeholders to push the boundaries of what’s possible. + Conduct thorough research on global trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and technological advancements in the C-UxS space. Qualifications: + Requires both advanced business knowledge and highest level of technical mastery in functional area. Leadership capability to guide business or functional teams without formal management role. + This role is also responsible for accomplishing program objectives by supporting the planning and assisting with the evaluation of program activities such as schedule review, production hardware tracking, and leading weekly IPT meetings. This role will require interactions with all core team members including quality, supply chain management, program controls and contracts. + Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. + Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. + In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience. + Travel up to 20% + Requires a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret. #LI-KM1 L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
