The Role
As Director, Program Management, you will be responsible for coordinating the definition and establishing the structure and governance of the Program, its MVP and business case and when approved, facilitate the Program’s implementation. This Director role is a strong mix of strong management, influence, facilitation, and collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with the program executive sponsors and Product Area Leaders to ensure that the programs they lead stay on track and deliver outstanding results!

The Fidelity Funds and Investment Operations (FFIO) Program Management team provides program and project management to both FFIO and cross-Fidelity sponsored programs. The team is based in the US, and we have staff in Merrimack, NH, Boston, MA and Westlake, TX.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
