Job Description:

L3Harris Corporation is looking for a dynamic individual for a role on the senior leadership team at its Londonderry, NH site. This role will report to the Integrated Vision Solutions President and is critical to the daily operation of the business. The role involves strategic planning, overseeing projects and initiatives, and ensuring that the Sector’s vision is communicated and implemented throughout the organization.

Collaborate closely with the sector President, executive, and senior leadership teams to translate organizational strategies into actionable plans and advance strategic initiatives.Facilitate and drive key strategic initiatives and support the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals. Initiatives include business transformation, space optimization, leading Design to Value workstreams for key products, product rationalization efforts, and others as assigned.Ensure the sector’s vision and priorities are defined through the yearly goal setting cycle and are communicated and implemented across the organization with clear objectives and timelines.Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives, working with functional leads and project managers to ensure alignment with overall business goals.Represent the IVS President in meetings and events as required, acting as a liaison with both internal and external stakeholders.Support operationalizing AOP / JSP by aligning the organization against articulated objectives, streamlining and improving processes for effective collaboration, identifying gaps in systems and addressing opportunities. Partner with the leadership team to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence.Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO, often managing a variety of stakeholders and interests.Represent IVS in segment and corporate forums as required and serve as a key point of contact for the sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience in Project Management.

Preferred Skills:

Proven experience in a business, strategy, operations, or engineering management role, with a track record of effective leadership, problem solving, and sound business judgment.Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.Demonstrated track record as a strategic leader who can develop and implement a strategic vision with clear objectives and outcomes, aligned with priorities.  Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence in a matrixed environment.Strong ability to work independently and manage high-level tasks without supervision.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Some travel may be required for meetings, conferences, and additional sites.
