Director, Project Management
**Company description** **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Management Director to facilitate collaboration across multiple agency partners and clients. This role requires a proactive individual who demonstrates strong problem-solving skills by analyzing complex situations, mitigating risks, and ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed. The Director will ensure that communication flows smoothly across all channels, fostering a collaborative environment that facilitates the timely and successful implementation of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** + **PM Director Duties:** Act as the primary project management liaison across diverse agency partners and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, addressing issues, concerns, or conflicts that may arise. Proactively identify challenges in project timelines and work with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions. + **Organizational Leadership:** Develop and implement structure/templates to enhance cross-agency collaboration. + **Strategic Prioritization:** Utilize strategic thinking to help prioritize workstreams in alignment with business priorities. + **Timeline Management:** Track and manage timelines across multiple teams. **Role Breakdown:** 1. **Marketing Workstream Project Management (50% of time)** + Support the HCP/DTC Marketing Director with omnichannel marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive execution across all agency and CLIENT marketing teams. + Lead campaign roadmap status meetings to track progress of all active projects in accordance with the CLIENT Marketing process. + Serve as liaison with agency and CLIENT project management leads to maintain the CLIENT Brand team’s quarterly roadmap campaign status document. + Report weekly to the HCP/DTC Marketing Director on the quarterly roadmap status document. **Deliverables:** + HCP/DTC quarterly roadmap campaign status dashboard. + Regular meetings with agencies, including AORs and internal CLIENT marketing partners. + Regular meetings with HCP/DTC Marketing Director. **KPIs:** + Ensure 100% of deadlines are re-planned in advance if they cannot be met. + Identify, communicate, and mitigate timeline changes within one week of awareness. 1. **Marketing Workstream Strategic Support (50% of time)** + Lead HCP/DTC quarterly campaign planning and prioritization discussions with agency and CLIENT marketing partners. + Summarize key action items, challenges, resolutions and next steps for the HCP/DTC marketing director. + Consult with agency AOR engagement strategy lead and HCP/DTC marketing director to inform shifts in ongoing campaign priorities and brand strategy changes. + Support planning efforts for quarterly omnichannel forum presentations. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience in project management, particularly within marketing or agency environments. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines and projects simultaneously. + Strategic thinker skilled in prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives and resolving challenges effectively. + Excellent communication and liaison skills to work effectively with various stakeholders. **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
