The Director of Procurement Project Management must have awareness of the supply chain environment and be able to relay procurement strategies to the Dematic team. They must also be able to relay Program Execution requirements (cost and timing) to the procurement team.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $149,625 to $219,450 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skill
Tasks and Qualifications:This is What you Will Do:
Prepare the Resale supplier requirements for each project
Ensure the Project Procurement Leads (PPL) track the ‘as-sold’ budget to the customer vs. the ‘as-executed’ to capture Procurement cost savings and overruns.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels and countries to ensure internal customer satisfaction and project execution.
Track supplier schedule adherence and mitigate issues as necessary.
Communicate to project teams any risk and collaborate to minimize.
Advocate as the ‘voice of the customer’ to Category leads to ensure sourcing requirements are met/exceeded.
Motivate, coach and otherwise lead the PPL Procurement team for high and improving standards of performance.
Serve as the primary escalation path of issue and work to resolve them.
Collaborate with Project managers and Finance to develop and execute revenue forecast based on percent of completions setup.
This is What We are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
10 years of Procurement and/or relative work experience.
Demonstrated experience in leading strong procurement teams.
Specific experience working in a complex and fast-growing environment (preferred).
Experienced project manager and able to deliver a project in various phases: from planning to execution.
Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area managed and expert knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact.
Demonstrates advance understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.
Customer-service mindset.
