If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv. **Job Title** Director, Proposal Management **What does a successful Director Proposal Manager do at Fiserv?** As Director of Proposal Management, the director will interface with the deal team including VP of Proposal Operations, Client Segments SVPs/VPs, Directors, Account Executives, Client Services Teams, Legal, Compliance and Product Teams, to complete different types of RFx (Request for Proposal/Information/Quote) responses. The Director will work with proposal managers to develop proposal strategies and compliant and responsive written RFx responses. **What you will do:** + Support VP in leading day-to-day operations of the team in support of sales + Manage team workload and resources effectively + Work with the proposal deal teams to develop over-arching proposal strategies, including value proposition and win themes + Serve as the compliance and editorial reviewer, focusing on overall messaging and value proposition + Provide training and direction to new proposal managers/content managers + Responsible for performance reviews and mentoring and coaching to develop resources + Provide overall management and direction of the proposal process, ensuring all defined timeframes are met. + Provide strategy and management for overall RFx response content and messaging based on the client’s objectives. **What you will need to have:** + Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work experience, education, and military experience. + 10+ years’ experience in a financial services/payment processing (or similar field) fast-paced proposal environment responding to merchant, government and financial institutions RFXs + Experience in document production using Microsoft Office products + Conceptual and visual creative skills and strong content planning, strategy development and management abilities **What would be great to have:** + Outstanding leadership, management, planning, analytical, problem solving, project management, time management and organizational skills + Proficient in Shipley processes and standards and Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certification a plus + Proficient with Responsive or similar proposal automation software tools + Expert knowledge in Merchant Processing, Account Processing, Prepaid Solutions, ACH, Digital Payments and Output Solution within the financial services/Fintech industry This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington. _Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate._ Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
