Job Overview:
Director of Provider Services will be responsible for oversight of all service line onboarding activity. This position will report to the Service Line VP, collaborate with Service Line Program Manager and Contracting Coordinator, as well as liaison with HR, MSO and Payor team to manage all new hire workflow. The Program Director will manage and support all front end operations and new program development of the service line, which may include ad hoc operational projects, oversight of start up programs and/or development of existing programs for the Service Line. This position will be responsible for streamlining all service line onboarding activities and support the VP with all physician/provider clinical operational programs/initiatives.

Required:
Associate s Degree in relatable field with a minimum of 2 years experience working in healthcare and/or physicians/physician practiceMust have reliable transportation to travel to all organizational facilities in the state as neededStrong knowledge of Microsoft excel and power pointOrganized and strong business acumen Ability to synthesize large amounts of information from different working systemsMust possess strong interpersonal skills as position will be working with multiple layers of managementPreferred:

Provider Services ManagementOnboarding ManagementPartner with HR, MSO and Payor Credentialing to ensure all steps are met for effective start date and timeliness of enrollmentAttending weekly HR and physician recruitment callResponsible for all new hire communication and coordinationContracting LiaisonWorks with service line contracting lead to support Contraxx workflowAssists with cross checking of contractual rates and stipends against monthly HR rostersAssists with service line contract amendment or renewal processes and COI communicationAd hoc projects as needed to support overall service line contractingHR LiaisonEnsuring all LOA, terminations and/or status changes are communicated in a timely manner to HR and the service lineCommunicating all provider status changes to finance department to ensure accurate accrual of CME and benefitsOversight of System compliance mandates (vaccines, surveys, net learning, etc)Program DevelopmentProgram start up and expansionCoordinating all services and logistics for expansion projects/programs within the Service LineDevelop proformas and staffing projectionsEnsure timelines are met for program expansion or start up departments Management and oversight of all new service line growthManagement of employee-related activities, organizational development, and provider wellbeingSupports VP with all service line operational accountability goalsLeads community involvement opportunities Supports management of service line collaboration projectsi.e. regionalize of on call specialistsservice line navigation and tele-medicine initiativesOther Duties:
