The Director, Digital Products is responsible for setting strategy, modernizing, scaling and optimizing multiple public websites and interactive tools in order to transform the user experience in a way that directly contributes to organic growth through lead generation and improves brand familiarity and reputation. This associate sits at the center of marketing, business, technology and operations to reimagine the commercial and brand value of Ascensus’ public digital experiences and oversees setting and implementing and improving a disciplined development and content roadmap designed to deliver commercial value through each phase.
**Section 2:** **Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Ensure web strategy and development supports sales funnel and communication needs by documenting and gaining alignment on a multi-year roadmap with clear commercial goals, prioritized deliverables and KPIs. Manage resources and evaluate performance – both speed of execution and effectiveness of deliverables against commercial goals.
+ Develop, implement, and continuously improve lead generation strategies through the website, including optimizing CTAs, landing pages, and lead forms to maximize conversion rates.
+ Coordinate and implement key web initiatives, develop engaging design and programming structures, and provide ongoing development and optimization roadmaps.
+ Move Ascensus forward as a digital-first organization while respecting (and working to improve, as necessary) the organization's brand design standards; work with design and UX teams to enhance appearance and user experience.
+ Lead content improvement process: audit, remove duplicate information, identify/document content owners, manage website structure, navigation, performance, and capacity.
+ Monitor and analyze site performance for digital marketing campaigns (e.g., traffic, conversions).
+ Lead, manage and optimize SEO, Paid Search, and other strategies to improve website traffic.
+ Lead A/B testing and analysis to optimize landing pages, CTAs, and other key website elements to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
+ Ensure website is updated, free of mistakes, ADA compliant, and compatible across all browsers and devices.
+ Coordinate with marketing, sales and analytics to establish KPIs for each public digital product, as well as within products; oversee creation of reporting dashboards that provide insights about performance, what’s working and what is not.
+ Stay up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
+ Assist with social media campaigns and other marketing efforts.
+ Complete tests to ensure website efficiency and quality; optimize SEO and other strategies to improve website traffic.
+ Recommend website content to support organizational goals and strategies.
+ Ensure the website adheres to all relevant financial services regulations, as well as privacy regulations.
+ Perform all other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of Ascensus’ four lines of business.
+ Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

**Supervision**
+ This position will have direct reports.
**Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements**
+ Proven work experience as a Digital Product Owner (ideally of public digital experiences/websites) where the primary objective of those digital products was lead generation.
+ Proficiency in A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and lead nurturing tactics.
+ Proven leadership building new digital products and/or leading implementation of digital transformation projects.
+ Expert knowledge of modern website technologies; experience with Umbraco is a plus
+ Strong knowledge of web analytics and SEO
+ Experience with web design
+ Ability to manage people and inspire and lead a cross-functional team
+ Ability to influence and educate partners
+ Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities
+ Demonstrates bias for action
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ BSc degree in Computer Science, Marketing, IT or relevant field
