Job Profile Summary:
The Director, Regions (South Region) supports the overall region’s operational strategy and oversight for the university to become the premier university among students, states, communities, and employers in delivering high-quality education and graduates that meet workforce needs. The Director may stand in as the internal and external executive for one or more states in the region and assist with oversight of all state operations and P&L in addition to directing the day-to-day and long-term regional goals and objectives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Establish and grow brand awareness and enrollment and advance the university’s reputation for excellence in the region by representing the university as an accessible, affordable, high-quality workforce-related institution of higher education to community business, educational, and government leaders.Assist the Regional VP in the development of a local, regional strategy that is aligned with goals by the schools, Academy, and Craft Education. Recruit and develop high-performing talent and individuals. Manage direct reports and other employees through coaching, training, and motivation to achieve results.Serve as the liaison between the region and strategic partnerships vertical teams.Deliver presentations and attend meetings, conferences, and other events as directed by the Regional VP.Collaborate with other leaders and departments to resolve state issues as they arise.Manage the day-to-day administration of the region.Influence the achievement of the university’s keyresults by developing relationships that drive value for employers, students, and alumni.Project executive presence and deliver presentations as a thought leader in higher education.Develop and manage all aspects of P&L.Manage and support facilities as requested.Prepare and analyze reports, compile monthlyand quartly business reports.Other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications:
