**YOUR MISSION** 🚀

Our new Talent will develop strategic partnerships with Italian most influential retailers, supporting them with the implementation of innovative solutions that unlock unrivalled value by making their supply chains and business increasingly efficient, agile and sustainable.

She/he will drive notable improvements in pivotal asset productivity metrics, all while fostering strong advocacy among our retail partners to enhance the retail customer experience and drive sales growth.

** YOUR GOALS ** 🎯

Develop, implement and manage the asset productivity strategy and policies for Italy to ensure that the use of CHEP assets is optimized as they move through all customers' supply chains.

With the support of the relevant central European asset productivity team, develop the appropriate processes and tools and implement the required technologies to optimize the productivity of CHEP's assets.

Develop strategic partnerships with key retailers. Management of retailer contracts to ensure robust asset productivity, delivery of sustainable profitable growth and support retailer advocacy.

Drive the successful adoption and utilization of Sales Force among teams Play a leadership role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) driving and championing the integration of retail strategies and activities into the broader planning process.

Structure and resource the retail and asset productivity team appropriately, to develop strategic retail partnerships and optimize the productivity of CHEP assets across all customers' supply chains.

Responsible for the management and control of the Italian cost of losses budget. Control of the customer audit process to ensure full compliance to Brambles IPEP policy.

** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**🔎

Ideally 10 year’s+ general business experience with experience in senior commercial rolesExperience with strategy development and execution, business case development, budget setting and management processes.Experience in influencing change in a matrix / cross-functional environmentTrack record of strong customer relationship development.Experience with building developing and managing remote field-based teams.
