You will be responsible for profitably growing the Mass Retail business relationship with a focus on PSS. The role will require frequent trips to the key retailer cities including Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville and Chicago. You will also get to: + Partner with Sales Leads across various Retail channels. + Monitor sales and Point of Sale data across all channels. + Participate in Product Line Reviews by assisting the account leads with the initiative of 2X the PSS business. + Active in customer meetings sharing competitive analysis across all channels + Own TraQline data and share quarterly with key account partners. + Work cross functionally with Channel, Category, Product Management Team and National Account Teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. + Develop individual Channel Plans and Strategic Road Maps for all major mass retail outlets and ensure alignment between SBU, Sales Team and Operations. + Identify new product opportunities and partner with key individuals to evaluate and launch. + Establish an annual sales bridge growth target by customer. + Partner with Marketing and Product Management on new product launches. + Effectively communicate wins/ losses throughout the organization for both in-store, on-line and special order. **The Person:** You’re a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always.
