Job Description

The RGM Cross Lever Director will bring MCD’s RGM efforts in driving long term, sustainable, profitable guest count growth while delivering value and affordability to guests to life. This role is responsible for collaboration across strategic activities including (but not limited to) pricing, national and regional promotions, menu, loyalty, and related field functions to support the execution and measurement of the overarching holistic value and affordability strategy within the applicable value lever group (e.g., Core Menu, Mass Promotions, Differentiated Rewards and Offers). This role will collaborate with two additional RGM Directors and report directly into the RGM lead.

Lead/coordinate Global RGM Strategy asks/deliverables, phase planning, etc. and own cross-functional coordination and planning ahead of key Value Lever milestonesSupport the RGM Lead in executing the overarching vision by helping define execution priorities and driving collaboration across group leads​ (including driving key meeting & deliverable deadlines)Set lever targets, strategy, and glidepath and evaluate gaps and LT evolution to identify corrective actions needed. Ownership of cross lever modeling / LT evolution of lever vision / strategy & glidepath, including guiding principlesOwns quarterly assessment of RGM performance (coordinating updates on individual levers from lever leads) and ownership of cross-lever analysis, scorecards assessments, adherence to guiding principles, etcLeads development and deployment of national training program to educate US stakeholders on McDonald’s RGM / Pricing Strategy, Guidelines, Testing, and general RGM & pricing principles.Develop and own RGM narrative to the system incorporating the “why” across the levers, working closely marketing and insights​Lead holistic PE3 / leads PE3 taskforce & steercoCultivate strong relationships with cross-functional counterparts (including Marketing, Finance, and Strategic Insights), ensuring alignment across strategies and activities.Cultivate strong relationships with other counterparts outside of MHQ (including Field Marketing, Field Finance, Field Insights, O/O committees, Pricing Advisors, and Agencies), ensuring mutual alignment and understanding across Value Lever-related strategies and activities.Evaluates activation of RGM within Delivery channel, owns overall Delivery Economics, and business case / sell-in of delivery RGM strategy and tactics

The expected salary range for this role is $168,350 - $218,860/ per year

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or Masters in Finance, Economics, Math preferred10+ years of experience in RGM, pricing, promotions, sales, CX or loyalty with a strong emphasis on data analysis and strategic advisoryKnowledge of pricing and promotion dynamics, multi-tier pricing environment, long term impact of pricing decisionsDemonstrated ability to implement and manage RGM (or analogous) strategiesPrior People Management ExperienceAbility to influence through storytelling and empathyStrong quantitative focus with experience in business trend analysis, product or promotion evaluation, market tests or general data analysis; Strong financial acumen with a strong mind for mathematics/statistics
