This role is a part-time (60%) role to complement a job-sharing model

In this director role you will deliver long term profitable revenue growth, through a sustainable balance of volume and price/mix, utilize portfolio strategies such as pricing, price-pack architecture and promotion optimization to drive value for our company, our customers and consumers. This position will play a key role in driving change in the organization by leading a pro-active approach to embed Revenue Growth Management (RGM) levers, processes and capability throughout the German organization.                                                                                                                                                                                                           

How you will contribute

You will:

Evaluate growth opportunities and apply the RGM approach to develop insight-based recommendations in support of the strategic growth planPartner with Category/Sales leads to develop and implement multi-year, multi-lever growth plans that focus on consumers, customers and occasionsDevelop and recommend portfolio strategies across key RGM levers such as Pricing, Price-Pack Architecture and Promotion to drive profitable and incremental growth Create & enhance performance monitoring tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Drive internal & external organizational capabilities, processes and tools in order to accelerate insights into actionsLead governance of the implementation of key strategic initiatives and projects flowing from the Strategic PlanMaintain ongoing understanding of emerging market and category trends, competition trends specific focus on critical “invest” areasLead & develop a team of 6 incl 2 direct reports

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:

Bachelor's Degree in business related field required12 years+ in CPG experiencePrior experience in Sales and marketing is a must, prior experience in RGM is a plusExperience in Strategy Roles for large organizations or top tier management consultingStrong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to facilitate constructive discussion, challenge opposing viewpoints, and influence outcomes.Excellent communication skills with senior management and cross functional teams, collaborating with brand/category teams and other key internal/external partnersStrong analytical, conceptional and strategical skillsFluency in English is a must, German language skills are beneficialKnowledge in German Customer Landscape is preferred
