As Director of Operations, you’ll be responsible for the success of the Operations team. You’ll work closely with team leaders and team members to resolve issues, develop ongoing training and provide coaching. You’ll also be responsible for identifying process gaps and opportunities to support continuous improvement and automation in the business.

Minimum Qualifications

3 years of leadership experienceWillingness to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekendsPersonal loan industry knowledgeStrong sense of curiosityAbility to give and receive feedback

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of leadership experienceNon-mortgage loan experience including qualification and underwriting in multiple financial productsStrong analytical capabilitiesFraud detection/prevention experience
