Our Director of Sales is an integral part of this team and will develop strategic business plans to drive new bookings through new and existing clients. This individual will also lead a team of account executives to success by coaching, providing support, and guidance.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

Developing annual sales plan to drive bookings and revenue and increase market shareDefining sales strategies and tactics to drive year-over-year bookings growth aligned with divisional quarterly revenue and profit targetsExecuting on sales plan and manage a large team in striving for weekly goalsPartnering with Marketing on a multi-faceted annual marketing plan and lead follow up process.Partnering with Sales Development team to create a plan that would lead to targeted outreach and significant lead generation.Assessing market potential and identifying new business opportunities and synergies, as well as supporting the launch of new solutions.Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and resultsMaintaining key client relationships and developing strategies for adding new clientsConstantly monitoring the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend tactical strategiesHire, coaching, mentoring, and enabling sales team of Account Executives

Required Qualifications:

8-10 years related work experience4-5 years of people management work experienceHealthcare software sales experience
