Responsibilities

You will:

Develop customer acquisition pilots for existing and greenfield markets focusing on customer acquisition tactic generation, roll-out, and performance review.Assist sales managers in assessing performance on sales consultants and dissecting drivers of growth within each territory.Provide cross-function support to product, purchasing, and pricing in managing strategic initiatives involving sales and low margin customer review and action plans.Pricing and order size requirements along with private label category management.Assist national sales team in managing and improving sales rep training programs.Proactively identify sales rep best practices across territories and develop methods to roll-out nationally.Assist the VP, Sales in generating annual budget and strategic initiatives.Identify and report on organic growth drivers for regional and executive review sessions including: Market headwinds/tailwinds, account wins and losses, sales org efficiency and pilot initiatives.  Qualifications

You have:

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience8+ years experience in Sales experience preferably in Foodservice or Jan/San.2+ years sales leadership experience.Strong execution skills with the ability to drive projects to completion without significant supervision.Proficiency in engaging with various internal partners, building trust and collaborating with those teams.Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
