Director, Sales Enablement
Job Summary

Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing B2B sales enablement strategies for our key enterprise-wide growth priorities. The Director plays a pivotal role in bridging the gaps between product/service goals, sales strategy, and execution. They are responsible for identifying the training needs associated with product/service GTM and executing the key barriers that are impacting successful execution and providing sales teams with up-to-date product/service information to support the growth efforts. Collaboration and teamwork with various other internal teams and individuals to achieve maximum success is an important aspect of the role. They serve as a conduit to bring B2B customer information into Walgreens in an organized and coordinated fashion. Additionally, they support the creation of content, managing content, implementation of technology, and analyzing and communicating sales/performance information.

Job ResponsibilitiesExecutes Company approach, key decisions, and execution in a Healthcare segment. Works onsegment planning for assigned segment in Company planning cyclePartners with Account Team leadership to assist with execution of major account team plansdeveloped by Account team are aligned with assigned Healthcare segment prioritiesParticipates in development / access initiatives in segment, including internal preparation, externalengagement with clients, delivery (working with relevant account team, as applicable)Responsible for ensuring execution of assigned segment strategies with pull through for all retailofferings to ensure maximum revenue growth for the CompanyGuides and utilizes marketing pharmacy insights group to obtain customer-driven metrics to identifyproduct and services that are both feasible and profitable for the Company. Recommends data-drivendecisions on when/where to scale-up proof-of-concept differentiated customer products and services. Ensures data flow of research from several channels, including patients, payers, and healthcareprovidersRecommends and prioritizes investment areas for new value propositions; Direct Segment Initiatives,Value Proposition, and/or Operation teams to ensure delivery. Ensures value propositiondevelopment aligns to strategy. Executes on products and services while utilizing commonproduct/service platforms, where possibleRefines the targeted patient experience for designated segment across Company channels, balancingsegment value potential and cost-to-serve. Leads evaluation of the actual experience in each channeland provide input to channel leaders as needed to enhance the patient experience#LI-AJ1
