Job DescriptionWork on a team that creates cohesive stories and pitch decks to support sales goals through planning elements including media/marketing, audience activation, insights and strategy. Create and execute concise, consistent and customized messaging to all clients and agencies. Manage a central repository of assets collateral and go-to market materials. Partner closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Category, Development, Insights and Measurement to deliver custom solutions and quarterly show sheets for growth and differentiation including content and campaigns. Promote a highly collaborative culture that challenges norms with a bias to action and speed; support diversity of thought, experience and approaches to solve issues. Ensure transparency, collaboration, and communication with senior leadership and stakeholders – advocate and champion strategy, team and process. Maintain working knowledge of competitive set to adequately position NBCU. 

Qualifications5-7 years of demonstrable experience in sales proposal strategy with senior leadership.   Advertising sales, sales marketing or agency experience required. Knowledgeable in overall media ecosystem, key trends, marketplace dynamics Recent, relevant experience in large, matrixed organizations Demonstrated history of success in forging and developing excellent relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Influential leadership, strong motivator and ability to manage through change. Successful track record leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. 

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $120,000 - $175,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
