Job Summary This role will effectively lead and participate in efforts to generate and close leads, communicate and build relationships and to drive the business pipeline to increase revenue. This role will be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives for the company's suite of software solutions. Job Duties Include: •Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. •Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. •Grow Revenue, by identifying and closing leads. •Provide information to assist in sales process (customer requirements, competitive circumstances, etc.). •Collaborate with the CentralSquare team throughout the sales cycle including Marketing, Product Consultants & Demo Engineers. •Meets with key clients, assisting field sales team with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing sales. •Identify and communicate opportunities and problems in maintaining customer satisfaction. •Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of the company's suite of software solutions. •Understand and analyze competitors in public sector. •Perform sales and marketing activities as directed by Executive Leadership. •Position will require high level of travel to participate in client meetings, conferences/trade shows, events and trainings. •Performs all other duties as assigned. Skills & Requirements Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience •Expierence in Public Safety/911 Software HIGHLY preferred •10+ years of experience in software sales, Public Sector sales highly preferred •7 years leadership experience •Track record of exceeding sales quotas. •Must be comfortable generating sales leads •Must be willing and able to travel •Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
