SALARY: $151,200-$189,000, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The High End is looking for a high performer to join our team. The Director of Sales Strategy & Operations is a highly visible position working closely with the High End’s leadership team and a wide variety of cross functional partners across the company. This role plays an integral part in developing key business strategies that leverage in depth analytics while leading the overall High End technology strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, the ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and leadership skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Develop advanced sales performance reporting strategies and analytics to align with company goals to drive business growth for the High End.
Design and manage sophisticated reporting systems and dashboards delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Lead integration of High End priorities into internal and external data sources and technology tools while maintaining data integrity of High End portfolio reporting.
Drive continuous improvements in analytical processes and tools by staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Own High End monthly routines including performance reporting routines, project management routines, Field Sales tech trainings, and key initiative tracking + analytics projects.
Conduct routine analysis on priority sales levers and clearly communicate findings to senior leadership and broader sales stakeholders to drive action and accountability.
Mentor and lead a team fostering a culture of excellence and data-driven decision-making within the organization.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required with a preference in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Experience in consulting, accounting, technology, CPG sales or accounting industry preferred.
5 years+ of experience analyzing sales data to develop and execute actionable strategies
5 years+ of experience in the in Beer/Wine/Spirits or other related CPG industry.
Must be willing to work in office 5 days a week.
Motivated, self-starter, detail-oriented, and strong project management skills
High business acumen, problem-solving skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and work with large datasets to distill analyses into relevant insights.
Strong communication and story-telling ability with comfortability presenting to top leaders to drive buy in.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint to analyze & visualize data inputs, and experience with sales reporting tools & data providers – Hero Analytics, EDGE, IRIS, Circana, Nielsen.
