Summary:
The Director of Servicing BI and Analytics is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to find patterns, trends, and insights that can help guide business decisions and strategies. The Director is responsible for creating and editing visual content including reports, charts, and graphs. This position will also work with the Sagent Relationship Manager within IT to challenge Sagent to maximize opportunities from process improvement initiatives around enhancing capabilities relative to their suite of technology. The Director reports to the SVP, Servicing, and works closely with the leadership and staff within the business units.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect data from multiple sources
Organize data points
Transform raw data into insights
Define the different data types a business collects and produces
Search and analyze large amounts of raw data to identify patterns
Test appropriate use of data to ensure data integrity and report on results.
Collaborate with teams to create reports and dashboards, and communicate findings with upper management and the IT department
Make recommendations for business actions, such as new systems or procedures
Monitor and report on open cases with Sagent to facilitate timely resolution and escalation based on regulatory, compliance and business needs.
Approve CIT and new User Field requests in LoanServ and assist staff with submission and prioritization of SNow tickets to IT for functional enhancements, defects and service requests to Sagent.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Other Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and continuously seek to improve existing business partnerships
Identifies and defines improvements to existing reporting data sources
Manages and maintains current report catalog including automating manual reports as well as improvements to existing reports
Creates and maintains documentation regarding reporting and associated data
Performs other related duties as assigned.

This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:

Proven track record of successfully delivering BI and/or data warehousing projects.
Demonstrated thorough understanding of modern enterprise architecture, hands-on experience with enterprise business intelligence platforms.
Advanced proficiency with SQL code and related-RDBMS query tools. Experience with Snowflake is preferred.
Experience with performance tuning, debugging, issue resolution and perform optimization of reports and dashboards
Sound understanding of BI/Reporting best practices/methodologies in Tableau and WebFocus
Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
Creative self-starter who can collaborate across multiple teams creating a consistent engagement theme.
Strong interpersonal skills, especially in listening, problem solving, and influencing, and detail oriented.
Ability to work flexible schedules to accommodate different global time zones.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’ s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University preferred.
At least ten (10) year’s related experience.
Background in technical or creative writing, preferred.
