Responsibilities:
The Director, Shopper Marketing will:

Build world-class capability of Shopper marketing within the broader ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) Marketing function by partnering with our Marketing and CCL Capability teams to build shopper marketing capabilities and awareness across both functions, using events, demonstrations, partnerships and other initiatives.Proactively seek out best practices and insights on all aspect of Shopper marketing from within the Coca-Cola Company and externallyEnsure shopper insights are translated into effective activation across channelsWork across the organisation and with our partners to ensure campaigns are designed with best-practice Shopper marketing and customer requirements in mind from the initial project kick-offFoster closer cross-team and cross functional collaboration through the sharing of best practices and processes and also guide & influence the various Bottler organization across ASEAN & South Pacific to embrace the very latest thinking in shopper marketing within their in-market activation plansAdopt and drive a new shopper marketing reality, leveraging shopper touchpoints enabled by new technology and new processes and work closely with external partners or customers to maximize the impact of our Shopper marketing effortLeading the adoption of new tools and technology in how we design and deliver Shopper marketing within ASEAN & South Pacific, including interactive and digital POSM, dynamic content, and blended digital/physical shopper experience design

Experience required:

8+ years experience within shopper, channel and customer marketing, either on industry, retail or agency side; omnichannel experience highly preferred.Strong understanding of FMCG path-to-purchase, shopper marketing philosophies and well aware of strongly evolving areas including retail media, shopper loyalty programsSolid Data Interpretation skills – ability to understand complex data and ability to explain to Customers, Bottlers, etc. in a way that is meaningful to their business needs.To be successful in this role you need strong communication and collaboration skills to share and promote concepts and processes to colleagues across the companyStakeholder and project management skills
