Director, Solutions Architect

The Director, Solutions Architect, leads a team of solution architects responsible for solution communication and sign-off for all external application impacts used by digital marketing organizations. Plays a critical role in driving technical excellence, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and optimizing operational efficiency. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, provides enterprise architectural guidance, and leads initiatives to drive innovation, scalability, and reliability in the organization’s technical enterprise landscape.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the solutions development of complex online ordering platforms while working with system designers to integrate these platforms with the existing systems.Continuously develops and maintains an extensive understanding of Online ordering platforms, Ordering back-office applications and integrated enterprise applicationsDevelops short and long-term road architecture roadmaps for applications, aligning development plans and ensuring effective integration among applications.Guides the preparation and execution of long-term strategic initiatives to ensure integration of current and future technologies.Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and execute the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with the digital marketing organization's goals and objectivesProvides technical expertise and guidance to enterprise architects and development teamsEstablishes and enforces enterprise architectural standards, principles, and policies across projects and systemsCollaborates with internal and external teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to understand their requirements and align enterprise architectural solutions with business needsDefines and drives the enterprise architecture roadmap and innovation strategyCreates and maintains comprehensive enterprise architecture documentation, including diagrams, design patters, standards, and guidelinesLeads and manages a team of highly skilled enterprise architects, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunitiesConducts risk assessments and impact analysis related to enterprise architectural decisions and changesFacilitates the review and formulation of new software/hardware platforms with a team of architects.Mentors other team members as needed to share knowledge and contribute to the fulfillment of departmental goals.

Required Education
Bachelor’s of Science in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience


Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

Cumulative experience with Ordering (preferably in Telecom or Cable industry) design/architecture - 10+Relevant industry (e.g., telecom, cable, mobile) experience - 7+

The base pay for this position generally is between $124,000.00 and $240,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
