Major Duties
Acts as a senior “go-to-person” for business client and product groups regarding new initiatives requiring change support for their business line. Develops relationships with key partner groups. Internal representative of the customer.Act as subject matter expert and primary contact for inquiries, opportunities and new projectsProvide guidance and expertise as building business solutionsDevelop and communicate vision, roadmap and features required to meet business needsKnowledge of product prioritization methodologies to manage and prioritize digital products and featuresParticipate in Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions, presenting the vision and proposed featuresEngage with Experience, Design & Research Lab to design consistent and standard user experiencesDetermines staffing needs, makes hiring and firing decisions, handles salary administration, and ensures resources are available to accomplish priorities. Develops and manages diversity programs and programs for the unitEstablishes performance standards for the unit. Conducts the performance management process, identifies training and career development needsParticipates in developing the business unit strategic plan and sets goals and priorities based on the direction set for the unit. Follows through to ensure that objectives are metEnsures compliance with all audit, risk, security, and control requirements including change control procedures and data securityConsults with business unit partners to determine the most effective solutions to solve business problems or address business needs. May also work closely with business unit partners to define and review Service Level Agreements and to ensure services meet or exceed business needsReviews, negotiates, and maintains vendor contracts and makes recommendations for purchasing outside services. Communicates with various business areas and outside vendors, consultants, and clients regarding automation needsProvides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communicationSeasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertiseDisplays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivityQualifications
Minimum 15 years IT industry experienceMinimum 5 years IT management experienceMinimum 10+ years engineering experience and/or 7+ years product management experiencePreferably 7 years’ experience within Financial Services.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or Master’s degree preferredWorking with Us:
