**Organization Summary**
Defines high-impact, long-term supply chain architecture strategies at the global, regional and operational level. Establishes and manages cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities and system architecture strategies. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement across the supply chain. Partners with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities. Develops recommendations based on benchmarking, financial results and statistical data. Communicates strategic direction to the organization.
**Job Summary**
This role is responsible for providing direct and strategic leadership to managers and/or senior individual contributors across multiple regions, and oversee strategic development assessments, management, and improvement across products, systems, and services for the Procurement (Source) and Finance (Costing) functions. The role addresses complex supply chain issues, and leads the planning, designing, and implementation of supply chain people, process, and technology initiatives at a large scale. The role involves driving multi-year supply chain strategies, developing business cases and financial models for investments, and monitoring key performance indicators for supply chain programs and projects in the Procurement (Source) and Finance (Costing) functions.
**Responsibilities**
* Establish the overall Source & Finance Costing Center of Excellence (COE) framework and key metrics (performance of people, processes, systems plus capability enablement roadmap), working closely with partners such as Procurement, Finance, Treasury and IT covering tactical and strategic procurement
* Combines supply chain domain expertise, business, and technical acumen to lead organization wide team or teams of program managers and senior individual contributors to drive strategic development assessment, management and improvement solutions.
* Applies industry and subject matter expertise to solve a variety of highly complex supply chain issues.
* Develops and leads planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of the company's Procurement (Source) and Finance (Costing) initiatives across a large business group or region(s).
* Actively partners with and influences internal and external stakeholders and/or suppliers at the executive level on a regular basis.
* Drives multi-year supply chain strategies and initiatives at the regional/global/business group level by exercising governance oversight in one or more areas (e.g., key policy decisions, resolution of high impact issues, etc.).
* Develops business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in new technologies, internal automations, and/or process execution support.
* Recommends metrics to be tracked for supply chain programs and projects, and monitors and manages key performance indicators for delivery, revenue, and margin.
* Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes
**Education & Experience** **Recommended**
* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

**Knowledge & Skills**
* Direct management experience in procurement execution (tactical and strategic) and end to end supply chain and operations management with the ability to apply that knowledge to drive process standardization, implementation, and management of change (MOC).
* Demonstrated knowledge of strategic procurement strategies and capabilities as well as the execution of operational processes.
* Knowledge and experience with procurement processes, master data requirements in SAP / Ariba / Jaggaer / iCertis and HP's legacy supply chain platforms
* Knowledge and ability to drive transformation of functional capabilities and modules such as supplier selection, supplier performance management, contract lifecycle management, advanced analytics, product costing, procure to pay, and procurement opportunity management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $170,000 - $215,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
