TIAA is seeking a Director, Sr. Lead Info Security Solutions Consultant that will report into TIAA’s Global Cybersecurity and Fraud Management organization and will provide technical support to TIAA’s Retirement Sales and Relationship Management teams. This support will be to conduct client-facing presentations and discussions on how TIAA’s Global Cybersecurity and Fraud Management organization protects client data and accounts. This role serves as the bridge between our technical cybersecurity solutions and our clients’ needs to understand. This position will assist our stakeholders by dealing with complex issues and concerns, resolving them using their technical expertise.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and solutions, coupled with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related technical field.Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales engineering, consulting, or pre-sales in the cybersecurity space.General understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as network security, encryption, firewalls, threat detection, incident response, and compliance standards.Experience articulating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences and compiling presentations to reflect information.Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Ability to work in a demanding environment and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.Possess professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.Experience working in the financial services industry sector.#LI-VR1
